Adjust user roles and manage permissions efficiently.

If you cannot download the user sync script, try the following:
- Change your browser or use an incognito browsing session.
- Check if the file is being blocked by security software or IT policies.

To grant admin rights:
- For System or Billing Administrator: Click on Users, select the user, and choose the role (Billing Administrator or System Administrator) in the top right.
- For Mailbox Administrator: Click on Mailboxes, select the mailbox, choose the user under the Users tab, and check the Mailbox Administrator role. You may also want to give them Mailbox Reports Viewer.
